Payment

Payments are taken using secure PayPal checkout which accepts all major credit / debit cards.

Shipping and Handling

We have a standard flat rate for shipping and handling of £3.50 for all orders regardless of size anywhere in the UK.

We will charge shipping at cost for any overseas orders, we will contact you with the cost before dispatching.

We are not responsible for any Duty or Tax on overseas orders.

We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hrs of receiving them, we will email you when the orders have been dispatched.

Please allow up to 14 days for UK deliveries. Contact us if you have not received your candles after 14 days.

Returns and Refunds

Any breakages or missing items must be notified within 14 working days of receipt of your order.

In accordance with your statutory rights we will accept back any goods you are not happy with as long as we are notified within 14 working days of the delivery of the order and they are returned to us in perfect condition.

You are responsible for your own shipping costs when returning items to us. We advise you to use recorded post when you return goods.

When we receive the goods back in perfect condition we will refund you for the cost of the goods.

If the goods returned are not in perfect condition The Feith-Hill Candle Company reserves the right to charge a re-stocking fee.

The liability of the return of the goods rests with the customer.
